Your right to change your mind
You may cancel your order and return it for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and it applies whether or not anything is wrong with the ring.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Once the ring is back with us and checked, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Condition
Return the ring with its charging dock, cable and packaging, in a condition that allows it to be resold. You are welcome to try it on and wear it to check the fit — that is what the 14 days are for. If the ring comes back visibly worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as EU law allows.
If the size is wrong
Check your size with the fit finder on the product page before you order. If you spot a mistake before your order is dispatched, email us and we change the size at no cost. Once it has shipped, a ring in the wrong size is returned under your 14-day right to change your mind, and you are welcome to order the size you need. We do not offer exchanges.
Faulty or damaged rings
If the ring arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photograph. Faults covered by the statutory conformity guarantee are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including postage. This is in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right, not instead of it.
Return postage
If you return a ring that is not faulty — because you changed your mind or because the size is wrong — you pay the postage to send it back. A tracked EU parcel of this size is usually a few euro. We are telling you this before you buy because EU law only lets us pass that cost on if it is stated clearly here, and because it is the honest position for a small operation.
The one exception is a faulty ring, which is free both ways.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to show the money in your account.
