How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and arrive in about 6–10 business days with fully tracked shipping. The moment yours ships, you’ll get an email with a live tracking link.
How do I know my size?
Use the Fit Finder above — measure a ring you already own or wrap a strip of paper, then match the chart. Still unsure? Order your best guess: if it doesn’t fit, we send the right size free, no return needed.
Can I shower, swim and sleep in it?
Yes. The ring is water-resistant to 100 m, so showering, swimming and sleeping are all fine. We’d only keep it out of saunas and hot tubs, where sustained heat isn’t good for any electronics.
Which phones does it work with?
Both. It pairs over Bluetooth 5.0 with the free companion app on iOS 12+ and Android 8+. No SIM, no extra hardware — just the app.
How accurate is the tracking?
Six optical and motion sensors track heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, temperature, sleep and activity — great for spotting trends and daily changes. It’s a wellness device, not a certified medical instrument, so it complements rather than replaces medical advice.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days on a charge, and a full top-up takes about 90 minutes on the included magnetic dock. No cables to fumble with.
Is there a subscription?
Never. Every metric and every feature is free, forever. Your data stays yours — no monthly fee, no paywalled insights.
What if something goes wrong?
Every ring is covered by a 2-year warranty, plus 30-day returns. If it arrives faulty or doesn’t fit, message us and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund.
