Measure once, in about a minute.
Two ways to do it, neither needs anything posted to you first.

Measure a ring you already wear
Take a ring that fits the finger you want to track, measure straight across the inside in millimetres, and read it off the chart.

Wrap a strip of paper
Wrap paper or string around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler. That length is your circumference.

Measure at the end of the day, when your hands are warmest — finger size moves by up to half a size between morning and evening. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Get it wrong and it costs you nothing. If the ring arrives and the fit is off, tell us the size you actually need. The replacement goes out at our cost and we cover the postage in both directions — no restocking fee, no argument, and you keep your 14-day right to change your mind either way. Sizing is the one thing people get wrong with a smart ring, so we underwrite it rather than leaving it with you.

How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is within 2 business days, and delivery to an EU address usually takes 8–16 business days from there. It is free and tracked. If it has not arrived 25 business days after dispatch we refund in full without you having to chase it. Detail on the delivery page.
Can I wear it in water?
It is rated 5 ATM, roughly 50 metres. Showering, hand-washing and swimming are fine. Saunas, hot tubs and high-pressure jets are not — heat and pressure are what kill water seals.
How does charging work?
The ring sits on the magnetic dock in the box and takes about an hour to reach full.
We are not publishing a days-per-charge figure until we have measured it on a production unit ourselves.
Which app does it use?
COLMI Fitness, free on the App Store and Google Play. It pairs over Bluetooth with current iOS and Android phones, and there is no account fee or paid tier.
Is Aurora a medical device?
No. Aurora is a wellness tracker. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it should never replace advice from a qualified clinician.
What if I change my mind?
Every EU order carries a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day it arrives. You cover the postage back on a change-of-mind return; exchanges and faults are free both ways. Detail on the returns page.
